I'm Paul Amery, a London-based Interim Delivery Manager.

For 18 years I have been helping start-ups and global enterprises plan, deliver and support flagship digital services.

  1. Delivery Manager: Starting with the end in mind, I ensure key activities such as Environment readiness, UAT, PEN testing, OAT, GDPR compliance and NFRs are prepared and managed. No surprises.

  2. Certified Scrum Master: I work closely with your Product Owners, UX, Devs, QA and DevOps to ensure we are consistently delivering quality working software.

  3. Prince 2 Practitioner and MSP Programme Manager: Although I live mostly in an Agile world, my traditional programme experience allows me to manage the bigger picture.

  4. Proven API programme, Cloud migration and Omni-Channel release experience. Proven end-to-end experience.

  5. Digital & Agile Transformations and Coaching: I help drive Agile transformation roll-outs and hands-on coaching for teams and individuals.
